Intro
This master’s thesis was written in collaboration with the Computer Science department at Tallinn University of Technology. This choice was driven by my great interest in e-Governance and TalTech is one of the first universities to organize a master’s program focused on it. The professors and researchers of the master’s taught me their research methodology in the e-Governance field.
